I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and attention to detail were great. The staff were very good too make me feel welcome and cater to my needs. The hotel facilities were excellent, with two spacious pools and a beautiful stretch of beach. The location was also great, with easy access to the ferry to Isla Mujeres and a mall for shopping. The breakfast options were delicious and offered a wide variety of choices.

This venue is truly luxurious and fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. the service was exceptional, with staff always eager to assist with anything I required. the spa centre was a highlight, with a range of treatments that left me feeling revitalised. Beach access and beach umbrellas were a bonus, with a beautiful location to take in the crystal-clear waters. the lobby bar served great cocktails, and the restaurant delivered high-quality dinners. Buffet breakfast was a feast for the senses, with an extensive array of dishes from around the world.

the private facilities were impressive, but I found the rooms to be a little cramped, with limited space to relax.

The lush greenery and well-maintained plants create a pleasant atmosphere throughout the property. One negative aspect is the inconsistent water pressure in the showers, which can result in a less than satisfactory experience for guests.

The staff was friendly and cute, with excellent service. The amenities and access to the Oasis Palm were a plus. The wifi signal was great and the app was helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view.

The Sens Cancun offered a great beach view and nice sitting area. The Red Cabaret provided an enjoyable show, while Black Hole gave a nice dining experience. The super nice team and made our stay enjoyable. The rooms werevery comfy and tidy with beautiful views.

Here, we experienced a true luxurious vacation. the exclusive amenities were on point and our needs were always fulfilled promptly. the spa and outdoor swimming pools were both amazing. the sun loungers on the peaceful beachfront with beach umbrellas were so relaxing. the live entertainment at night was also impressive.
