The Sens Cancun By Oasis (Adults Only) Hotel

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cater to my needs. The hotel facilities were impressive, with two spacious pools and a beautiful stretch of beach. The location was also great, with easy access to the ferry to Isla Mujeres and a mall for shopping. The breakfast options were delicious and offered a wide variety of choices.

This venue is truly luxurious and fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. the service was exceptional, with staff always eager to assist with anything I required. the spa centre was a highlight, with a range of treatments that left me feeling revitalised. Beach access and beach umbrellas were a bonus, with a beautiful location to take in the crystal-clear waters. the lobby bar served great cocktails, and the restaurant delivered high-quality dinners. Buffet breakfast was a feast for the senses, with an extensive array of dishes from around the world.

the private facilities were impressive, but I found the rooms to be a little cramped, with limited space to relax.

The hotel enjoys a prime location right next to the ferry to Isla Mujeres, making it convenient for guests to explore this popular tourist destination. the proximity to a mall allows for easy access to shopping opportunities. The lush greenery and well-maintained plants create a pleasant atmosphere throughout the property. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful view from the balconies, especially those facing the waterfront.

One negative aspect is the inconsistent water pressure in the showers, which can result in a less than satisfactory experience for guests.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, with excellent service. The amenities and access to the Oasis Palm were a plus. The wifi signal was great and the app was helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The location was great, with a beautiful view from the balcony facing the waterfront. the size of the pool was also impressive, with plenty of space to relax and swim. most of the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The service was disgustingly poor. During dinner, the staff began clearing the buffet before it closed, completely disregarding the fact that there were still customers trying to have their meal.

This hotel is in a great location, right next to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. It's also conveniently close to the mall, making it easy to go shopping. Additionally, the rooms have a nice view from the balcony facing the waterfront, providing a pleasant atmosphere during the stay.

There were maintenance issues throughout the common areas, such as water leaks and broken beach chairs.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Beautiful balcony with ocean view and whirlpool tub. Friendly staff, especially at the bar and buffet. Great restaurants with impressive presentation and taste. Clean beach and helpful concierge.

The Sens Cancun offered a great beach view and nice sitting area. The Red Cabaret provided an enjoyable show, while Black Hole gave a memorable dining experience. The staff were super helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable with beautiful views.

Nothing, all excellent.

Here, we experienced a true luxurious vacation. the exclusive amenities were on point and our needs were always fulfilled promptly. the spa and outdoor swimming pools were both amazing. the sun loungers on the peaceful beachfront with beach umbrellas were so relaxing. the live entertainment at night was also impressive.

Aside from that small issue, everything was perfect.

We loved the location of this hotel as it was directly on the beach and very close to all activities in south beach Miami. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, especially the gaming tables which added a fun element to our vacation. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, making us feel at ease during our stay.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.
